Canada is claiming an Olympic first—even before the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games have officially begun. The Canadian Tourism Commission (CTC), in partnership with VANOC (the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games) and the Cultural Olympiad Digital Edition (CODE), is inviting people from across the world to sign up to get a virtual souvenir from the Opening Ceremony Feb. 12 at BC Place stadium in Vancouver, BC.
